Camp Synago


Summer Youth Nurture and Growth Opportunity

 

Who: Youth entering 7th through 9th grades in the fall.  

What:  A once weekly Christian summer day camp.

When: Meets Tuesdays, beginning June 21 (see calendar below)

Why: In its sixth summer, Synago means come together and provides a gathering place for Christian fellowship and learning throughout the summer for middle school students.                        

Each camp day will include a morning session & afternoon session at the boys’ and girls’ houses respectively.  During the mid-morning through early afternoon each day, the two groups will gather together for a recreational activity. 

Where: Girls – Brown’s Home      Boys – Bailey’s (Both Houses in Overlook Estates)

Daily Schedule

8:30 to 10:30am    Morning education/prayer/worship, light breakfast

10:30am to 3pm    Recreational activities ($15/wk, bring or buy lunch)

3 to 4pm  Afternoon reflection groups (snack provided)

4 to 5pm  Departure

 

Registration Fee: $15 to be paid at time of enrollment to purchase study materials.

Campers need to pack or bring money for lunch each day, unless lunch included as indicated on schedule by *. Scholarships available for those in financial need.  Inquire at enrollment.
